Credit Usage

Trigify uses credits to meter searches, workflow actions, enrichments, engagement lookups, and AI actions. The Credit Usage page helps you understand where those credits are going.

Open Credit Usage

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Click Credit Usage.

What you can see

  • Recent credit-consuming actions.

  • The number of credits used by each event.

  • Details about the search, workflow, node, or source.

  • Dates for recorded usage events.

Not always real-time

Credit usage can take time to update. If you just ran a workflow, the latest usage may not appear immediately.

Common reasons usage spikes

  • A search returned more posts than expected.

  • A workflow loop processed many items.

  • Person, company, or email enrichment ran before filtering.

  • Get Post Likes or Get Post Comments returned many engagement records.

How to reduce usage

  1. Filter before enriching.

  2. Lower max results where appropriate.

  3. Use the Output tab to inspect how many items a workflow processed.

  4. Review search frequency and avoid running high-volume searches more often than needed.
