Understanding Credits in Trigify
Trigify is usage-based. Your plan gives your workspace a monthly credit allowance, and credits are used when searches return results or workflow actions run.
Simple rule: credits measure product usage. More searches, workflow runs, enrichments, and engagement lookups use more credits.
Important: credits are mainly used by Social Listening and Workflows. Regular user seats are not the same thing as credits.
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Trigify uses to meter actions. Different actions cost different amounts based on the data or processing they require.
Credit costs per action
How credits are used
Searches: when a search returns posts, each returned post uses credits.
Workflows: each workflow action can use credits when it runs.
Enrichment: person, company, and email enrichment use credits per run.
Engagement lookups: likes and comments actions can use credits per engagement returned.
Why usage can multiply
Actions inside loops run once per item. For example, if a workflow loops through 100 posts and runs Person Enrichment on each one, that is 100 enrichment runs.
How to control credit usage
Filter posts before enrichment.
Limit max results on searches where you only need a sample.
Choose a sensible search frequency.
Check Settings β Credit Usage to see what consumed credits.
