We've moved to the official X API, introduced social integration seats and actions, made trigger variables smarter, and shipped a big batch of reliability improvements across workflows, billing, and Jarvis.


Official X API

We've migrated our entire X data pipeline to the Official X API v2. This means faster, more reliable search results, better rate limit handling, and a fully compliant data source.

You don't need to change anything - your existing searches and workflows work exactly as before, just significantly more reliable under the hood.

What else is new with X:

  • Playable video previews - Video posts now show an actual player instead of a placeholder icon

  • Faster search previews - Smart caching with the 5 most relevant posts for a quick overview

  • 34% failure rate resolved - Twitter searches are now dramatically more reliable


Social Actions With Integration Seats (Early Access | X Only)

A new system for managing which team members can connect social accounts. This means you can now trigger actions directly from workflows to your social channels, such as:

  • Creating a Post

  • Liking a Post

  • And more…

Seat info:

  • Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans - Unlimited seats included at no extra cost

  • PAYG and Essential plans - Add seats at $10/month each

  • Admins manage everything from the new Social Integrations settings page


Jarvis AI Improvements

We've continued polishing Jarvis since the V2 launch:

  • Workflow error states clear properly after a successful re-test

  • Deleted searches removed from @ mentions

  • Smarter question detection - recognizes "Can I…", "Which option…", "How would you like…"

  • Placeholder text no longer gets cut off

  • "Edit with AI" button stays visible when actions aren't fully configured

  • Enter key works reliably after search preview

  • Database tables set up correctly when building save-to-database workflows

The biggest update to Jarvis since launch. Jarvis V2 is a ground-up rebuild that transforms Jarvis from a workflow assistant into a full AI command center for your social data.

The best part? We've made a big pricing change: Jarvis now only charges for output tokens. We're for a limited time absorbing all input token costs. This means Jarvis is dramatically cheaper to use - a full session that generates a share of voice report and builds an automated workflow at around 16+ credits.

Full Context Over Your Entire Account

Jarvis now has context over every single post, tweet, and result across your social listening searches and workflows. This means you can ask Jarvis questions about your data directly, no need to export, filter, or dig through feeds manually.

What you can now do:

  • Generate reports on demand - Ask Jarvis for a share of voice report, a top engagers breakdown, or a trending themes analysis.

  • Spot content gaps - Point Jarvis at a competitor search and your own profile search, and it will identify what topics you should be covering.

  • Find top engagers - Ask Jarvis to stack rank people by engagement across any search. We've been using this internally to build our creator programme.

  • Discover and research people - Jarvis can find LinkedIn profiles for people it surfaces, and you can set up monitoring on them directly from the chat.

  • Reference workflows - Use @ mentions to pull in data from your workflows too, not just searches. Analyse engagement data, workflow outputs, and more.

Smarter Search & Workflow Building

Jarvis V2 is significantly better at building searches and workflows:

  • Smarter search decisions - Jarvis now understands when to create multiple targeted searches versus one broader search and will ask you questions.

  • Better node selection - It knows which workflow nodes to use, how to configure them, and builds workflows that work from the first run.

  • Integration configuration - Jarvis now helps set up integrations inline. It knows your connected Slack channels, for example, and will ask you to confirm the right one.

  • Approve & test before publishing - When Jarvis creates a workflow, it shows you a visual preview. Hit "Approve and Create" and Jarvis runs an automated test using synthetic data that passes through every node, including all conditional branches, to verify it works end-to-end.

New Prompt Library

The template system has been replaced with a prompt library focused on recipes. Pick from options like scheduled tasks (workflows) or reports (share of voice, trending themes, content gaps). Choose "from scratch" to have Jarvis create the searches for you, or "with search" to reference ones you already have.

New UI

  • Resource drawer - A toggle-able panel that shows everything Jarvis has created in your session. Click any item to jump to it.

  • Visual workflow previews - See the workflow Jarvis built before you approve it, including every trigger, node, and integration.

  • Credit visibility - See exactly how many credits Jarvis uses in each chat session.
