Upgrading, Downgrading and Cancelling

You can change your Trigify plan or cancel from the Manage Plan page. Always review the confirmation screen before completing a change, especially if you are on a legacy plan.

How to access plan management

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Click Manage Plan.

  3. Or go directly to https://app.trigify.io/settings/manage-plan.

Upgrading

  1. Find the plan you want.

  2. Click the upgrade option.

  3. Review the confirmation details.

  4. Confirm the change.

Upgrading can increase your monthly credit allowance, saved-search limits, workspace limits, or access to features such as BYOK and free Jarvis execution.

Downgrading

Downgrading may reduce limits or remove features. Before confirming, check:

  • Monthly credits.

  • Saved-search limits.

  • Workspace limits.

  • BYOK / Jarvis execution access.

  • Any legacy benefits you currently have.

Legacy-plan warning: if you switch away from a grandfathered legacy plan, you may not be able to return to it later.

Cancelling

Use the cancellation option on the Manage Plan page. The app will show any confirmation steps before the cancellation is completed.

Contact support before changing plans if you are on Essential, Growth, Scale, or any custom/legacy arrangement.
