How does the pricing work? What is a credit vs a seat?

Trigify is primarily priced around credits, not normal user seats. Credits are used when searches return results and when workflow actions run.

Credits vs seats

Credits measure usage. Users are people in your workspace. Social account seats, where available, are separate and relate to connected social accounts, not normal workspace users.

What happens if I switch plan?

If you are on a legacy plan, switching to a current plan can reduce credits or remove legacy benefits. Review the confirmation carefully before switching. If unsure, contact support first.
