Cannot join organization - invitation link redirects to old account

Issue: User was invited to join an organization but clicking the invitation link redirects them to their old/existing account instead of joining the new organization.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Receive organization invitation
2. Click the join link
3. Get redirected to old account instead of joining the new org

User quote: "this comes up and i click on it but it just comes to my old account"
